BRAND STRATEGIST + COPYWRITER + PARTNER
Nicole Caro is a fashion and beauty editor and strategist with a background in fashion design. Caro worked as the Fashion and Beauty Editor of “Siempre Mujer Magazine” published by Meredith Corporation. Her background in fashion design led her to style several fashion features, front-of-book sections and to create a successful identity for the brand.
Throughout her career, Nicole has worked with some of the biggest names in the beauty, fashion and entertainment industry such as Nick Barose, Narciso Rodriguez, Sofia Vergara, Enrique Iglesias and Jessica Alba among many others. Prior to “Siempre Mujer,” Caro worked at People Magazine, published by Time Inc., where she worked as a Fashion and Beauty Writer.

An award winning Art Director, Sara helps people and businesses uncover untapped potential, realize core values, and create beautiful, tangible spaces for ideas to thrive. A graphic designer by training she believes in developing flexible systems that empower others to accomplish more together than they can individually.
Her work spans over 15 years includes international brands as well as working with small businesses. These range from consulting at a digitally focused millennial branding agency to working with lavender farms, jazz singers and inns in the upstate New York area. Sara has held teaching positions in the US and abroad and along with her creative work she is currently an Adjunct Professor at NYU where she teaches an Innovations in Marketing course.
CO-FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR + ART DIRECTOR
New York City-based multidisciplinary creative director in the fields of design, filmmaking and photography.
He is the creator, producer and head writer of KID PAMBELÉ, an 80-episode scripted epic drama based on the infamous life of legendary boxing world champion Antonio Cervantes. Prior to this, Cortés produced, co-wrote and directed “MANIFESTO!” – a lifestyle and fashion transmedia TV show produced by Turner Television.
Cortés was also a co-founder and creative director of The Vox Collective, one of the top 25 multicultural advertising agencies in the U.S. In 2012 he sold his stake of the company and facilitated the successful merger with British advertising group Profero, now part of Lowe + Partners.
As a filmmaker, he directs TV series, music videos, art installations and TV commercials for clients such as Post Foods, Heelys, Macys, MTV, Konami, Pepsi among many others.
CO-FOUNDER + EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Creative Producer with extensive experience working in the development and production of documentaries, TV series, commercials, and branded entertainment. Dre works with like-minded collaborators to produce and create content for all media platforms via well-crafted stories or fully-integrated media campaigns.
Dre has worked on commercials and TV specials for Pantene, Rimmel London, CoverGirl, Nokia, Brand Jordan, Johnny Walker, Verizon Wireless, Honey Bunches of Oats, Fox Sports, Heelys, Evian, Amazon Alexa, Showtime, Channel 4 UK, and RCN

Emilio’s photography, both at the studio and on location, is always based in two roots: a cinematic narrative that allows his subjects to grow into more complex characters and a great diversity on all his castings and stories. His beginnings working on the film and video industry has made him find his inspiration frequently on different moving images. After moving to NY, he learned his craft assisting several years with photographers such as Steven Meisel or Mikael Jansson.
His own personal approach and language has made him a contributor for magazines such as V, Wonderland, Essential Homme, GQ Spain and Several editions of Harper’s Bazaar, celebrities such as Caleb McLaughin, Diego Boneta or Metro Boomin and commercial clients such as Heely’s, Fekkai, Journelle, Gioseppo, among many others.
Erin was born and raised in Montclair, NJ. Growing up right outside of New York City, Erin was influenced by the fashion world at a very early age. She has always turned to fashion as a form of creative expression, and began her career as a Fashion Stylist in 2010. Since then, Erin's work has been seen and displayed on newsstands, billboards, runways, red carpets, and televisions all over the world.
Erin has played a influential role in setting trends through her celebrity clientele including: 50 Cent, Marcia Gay Harden, Patrick Dempsey, Giuliana Rancic, Jason Kennedy, Rami Malek, Elizabeth Rodriguez, & Chrissy Teigen. Erin has also contributed to numerous publications including: GQ, Elle, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, L'Officiel, & Harper's Bazaar.

Album design and packaging for the band Guillotine Riot. Their new album explores the themes of female empowerment and creating a movement against toxic masculinity. It's a call to action against the divisive political rhetoric dominating headlines in America.

THE HAITI EXPERIMENT + IMPACT FARMING
Impact Farming in collaboration with Timberland are working in a project for the reforestation of Haiti. Together they create scalable agricultural innovations that connect smallholder farmers with better seeds, tools and training, along with access to markets, credit, and other services. We were invited to document the ongoing reforestation efforts in the town of Gonaïves at the north of the island. Our goal was to capture and tell the story of a positive and brave country that is reinventing itself.
Created the original branding and design for MEXICO NOW an annual arts festival, established in 2005, showcasing more than 300 artists in 97 venues across New York City. The Festival’s expansive repertoire disrupts the often narrow definitions of Mexican culture by exploring the way contemporary artists are reflecting, reshaping and revisioning Mexican identity in the ever-changing global context.
